Tipton`s Cafe in Greeneville

This place is absolutely legendary in Greeneville. Been here almost as long as the town. Visit it !

Located downtown Greeneville. Very small place but you should try it out at least once. The doughnut burger is AWESOME!!!

Tipton's is a good place to eat but you might be waiting a while for your food if they busy. I've sat with no server for over 30 minutes several times.

Tipton's is one of those places that has been around for a long time you never know who you're going to be sitting next to at the counter the food is always consistent and the atmosphere is what it is it's a great place to go after midnight to get breakfast it's a great place to go anytime to get anyting

We loved having breakfast at this little hole in the wall cafe! GOOD Biscuits and Gravy! The folks in here were a hoot; server, cook and patrons alike! Don't expect "5-Star Ambiance"...just good home cookin' and Southern Hospitality.

Jim and Michelle, Tyler, and company are the best!! My favorites are the biscuit and gravy which is served all day everyday, and their beef stew sold on Thursdays. I would recommend them as perfect place to visit for tourist passing through along with all green countians.

It's a step back into history , old setting probably would date back to the 1960s food is good , and friendly atmosphere .

Good food. Reminds me of my grandmother's comfort food. Great prices and taste. Open when I get off from second shift. Really nice people too. A little small, but can be viewed as cozy, depending on amount of people. Still a huge fan. <3

Literally a hole in the wall with simply yummy food. Limited menu and very limited seating but that is what makes it great.

Cute little counter service place in Greeneville, truly a downtown gem. Great food at an even greater price! Family owned with a hometown atmosphere. Beware if you're tall, the stools are a little close to the counter. My fiance and I had to do some creative maneuvering.
